duplicate items shipped

are we liable to pay for duplicate items shipped or can we keep them without paying

Re: duplicate items shipped

You should return to the sender any such duplicate items shipped to you, but this sender should bear the cost of the return. Otherwise, the sender should not expect such items to be either returned

or paid for by you who received them.
