Easy Care Plan Contract Cancelled
How do I get my former car dealership to reimburse me for a contract that was cancelled due to buy back of former vehicle. It will be one year on September 21, 2007.

Send your written demand notice to the dealership for the refund by a date certain (no more than 30 days).
Then if no refund is forthcoming, file
your case in small claims court for up to $5000. (The foregoing, of course, assumes that you are in fact legally entitled to such a refund which is not necessarily clear from your reference to a cancelled contract and "buy back of former vehicle".)
