Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Fly
I opened a can of peas and
there was a fly in it. I got on
the computer and emailed
General Mills, it took several
days but they finally answered
and said they needed more info
I must call them, when I did all
they said oh we just needed to
get your address to send you a
coupon. I think that upset me
even more, their nonchalant
attitude.

Re: Fly
So, what are your real and provable compensatory damages which can be reasonable traced to this "fly in a can of peas" episode? (And, no, I am not referring to mental anguish.)
