follow up to auto finance
i posted this question regarding drivetime last night. im more interested in getting out of this vehile loan. would this be considered breach of contract on their part. would i be able to return the vehicle and not have a repossession on my credit history

Not if the company makes the requested adjustment and, no, you would not be able to "return the vehicle and not have a repossession on [your ]credit history".
