Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I found an ad online advertising beauty and salon service; this person said she was licensed to do a particular type of hair service but after i paid for the HORRIBLE service I then found that she was not licensed or trained to perform this service. The very next day i had to pay an additional $140 to get my hair done by a professional. Question: Is the person who provided this horrible service liable for me having to pay an additional $140 to a professional due to her bad service; can I include that amount in my law suit along with the amount that I paid her initially?

Yes, both could be included as compensatory damages claimed in your
