Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I found a mouse head in a bag of frozen chopped spinach. I had eaten over half of product when I found it. What should I do.?

Assuming that you incurred no real damages from this incident, you could
bring it to the attention of the seller of this spinach bag and demand a replacement bag (minus the mouse head, of course) or in the alternative a refund of your purchase price.
