Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
fraudulent hour meter
I purchased a boat with 124 hours on the hour meter. I had to take the boat to a repair shop and the engine computers show 294 actual engine hours. i would not have purchased this boat had I known actual hours, what can I do?

If you were defrauded in this purchase, you may want to arrange for an attorney to review the paperwork and relevant facts connected with this transaction, and who should be able to advise you, accordingly.
