fraudulent signature
daughter forged father's signature on purchase of horse trailer --father not present - also signed the financial papers -did not know until payment bok arrived to father's house in his name --how do we get father out of responsibility

The father should initiate a diplomatic contact with the seller of the trailer to determine whether he or she might be willing to consider rescinding this deal that apparently was made in his name but without his approval or even participation.
