Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
My gym is robbing me
I had a contract with my gym. When it expired in January, they still continued to withdraw money from my account. This was resolved after a series of phone calls and the money was refunded to my account. However, it has happened again this month. What can I do to fight back? At this point I want more than just another ''we're sorry, here's your money back''. I mean, this is causing me a lot of stress.

Forget about your want for more (at least at this point). Make another call
(only moderately restraining your obvious distress)to get your money back. Tell them if it continues to happen you may you have to institute legal action. Follow-up the call with written confirmation (save a copy for your records), and then have(hopefully) nothing further to do with this outfit.
