Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Hello,
I signed a 1 Year Gym Contract last year in March 2010 and my Contract expires in march 2011.
Since couple months the gym has changed their business hours and closing earlier than usual.
At the time i signed the contract, the business hours were different.
Can I get of my Contract because the Gym has changed their Business Hours ??, at that time i signed the contract the Business hours were different..
Thank You

Unlikely (in my opinion), if you mean getting out of the contract without penalty
before it expires.
