Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I hired a Tax advisor Company to help with my Tax problems back in Aug, 2009 and they have not provided me with any documentation of what they were going to do and, basically, have done nothing but take my money. It was $2000, part of which was a $500 retainer fee. I have requested my money back, because I have not recieved any service at all. They said no and would look forward to doing business with us again. How can I get my money back?
