Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Insect in can food
I purchased a can of greens from a local grocery store. I went to eat the greens during lunch and found a crickett leg in my greens. I automatically got sick to my stomach. I now have to go home and check the other food with this brand. Is there anything I can do legally?

Re: Insect in can food
No, probably not. (After all, crickets, like most insects, are supposedly quite high in protein.) There is also the possibility, perhaps, that you mistakenly thought it was a cricket leg when in reality it was actually something else.
