internet purchase
purchased a tv via internet sales, when it came it was too big for my cabinet. Can I return it and get credit on credit card( I purchased it on a credit card) They are telling me it cannot be returned.

You can return the TV and then formally dispute (place in contest) the charge in writing with your card issuer.(It must be done in writing; making a phone call is not sufficient.)
