You may have a problem with this, and I think it would be harmful to post the problem openly on the internet. I say that as a very unusual situation, even recognizing that people asking questions (a) consent to having the question posted, (b) are anonymous, and (c) their case usually cannot be identified. HERE, I think your question is so unusual that it could be identified to the particular situation and I think what I have to say could prejudice your case. Even though I do not believe asking a question like this forms an attorney-client relationship of any lasting nature, I still don't feel right about posting my concern openly.
