Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
judgment in Virginia
I had a judgment placed against me about 7 years ago. I tried to contact the creditor - no luck. Now, this judgment cannot be removed apparently. I was told I just need to pay the court, but I don't think that's fair. Is there a way I can get this removed without paying to the court? PLEASE HELP!

The best thing to do would be to consult and/or hire an attorney to help you. The attorney would need to investigate and review ALL the facts and and not just the brief facts you state. Good luck.
