Kicked out of local tanning salon
I was currently a member aat a local tanning salon. I went to tan and i was told by employee that they were closed, however people were tanning and open sign on the door. People were behind me in line. Got upset because im dying and tanning is my outlet. Employee told employer that i cursed her out. Total lie. This girl got in trouble last year for shutting the lights off on me while i was trrying to dress,10min. til closing. The owner contacted me the day after without even talking to me about the situation and told me that I was band from the salon and a check would be sent in the mail to me for the money i paid. Can they just up and kick me out of the salon without even talking to me. The employee lied. Is there anything I can do?

Re: Kicked out of local tanning salon
Unless you had a contract with the salon, the terms of which were somehow violated by the conduct which you've described, I would say, no, there's not much that you can do other than find another salon which may have a better grasp of customer relations.
