kitchen countertop
While installing an island granite countertop, the installers cracked it when they cut the hole for the cooktop.They try to patch it, but we want it replace. How much time do we give them to fulfill the contract ?
What action can we take if they don't?

Tell the "countertoppers" that you'll give them 30 days to replace the poorly patched top and if such doesn't happen that you'll then see them in small claims court.
