Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Is it legal for a University to charge different rates of tuition based on country of origin? I went to a school where the American students paid ten times what the local Chinese students paid for the exact same degree. This does not seem right to me.

That is not likely why the tuition rates are different. Not sure what "local Chinese" means either. But if you are truly interested in pursuing what is right, you might consider hiring an attorney to research this for you and/or pursue this yourself. Most universities will happily explain all this to you. You won't obtain relief or justice in an online legal forum. Good luck.
