Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
lemon law
I purchased a 1997 Oldsmobile Silhouette in April of 2005, less than 30 days after purchase the water pump went and the dealer fixed that. Then, two weeks ago my head gasket blew and now 2 axel barrins are broke. Please let me know if any of this falls under the lemon law because this care is turning into a safety hazard for myself and three children.

Re: lemon law
Virginia state lemon law applies to new vehicles only and the warranties to those offered only by the manufacturer of the new vehicle. See Va. Code Sec. 59.1-207.11
Assuming that you probably purchased this vehicle with a sticker on its window announcing AS IS-NO WARRANTY or one that offered limited protection only for no more than 30 days,
I'd have to say that you're now likely without viable recourse and plain out of luck with this particular vehicular lemon.
