Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Lemon Law
My vehicle meets all the criteria to qualify under the Virginia Lemon Law. Now the dealer is saying they have fixed the problem, after their deadline. Are they still not liable under the lemon law to either put me in another vehicle or refund my money?

Re: Lemon Law
More facts would be required to determine whether Virginia's "lemon law" would still be applicable to your new vehicle which you claim is still not fixed although the time frame for dealer liability may have now expired.
