Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia

I have been letting a church next door use my field for thier camp for about ten years, I have been told that they can take my property over after they use it for so long. Do I need to be concerned regarding this.

No, you have no need for concern that the church might be able to assert an ownership claim against your property as long as it is clear that their use of your property has been conditioned only upon your permission.

I agree with Mr. Hendrickson. There is no adverse possession here. Putting this in a written agreement might be a good idea.
