Who is Liable?

I purchased an RV from a reputible dealership in VA brand new in 2008. Subsequently the RV has a defective window (concluded by the dealership) which caused major water damage. The manufacturer has filed Chapter 11 and is not authorizing any warranty payments. This is going to require extensive repair and $. Is the dealership now responsible to uphold the warranty?

Hard to say without reviewing the warranty, the purchase agreement, and any related documents as well as oral representations regarding the matter(if any)which may have been made by the dealer or his agent in connection with the sale.
