Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I live in Virginia, I advertised a 1984 motorcycle and the gentle man came with several frieds and looked the bike over and drove it. After discussing of potential problems a deal was made and the gentle man bought the bike, the next day calls back and says he can not get the bike to start and has taken it apart. He wants a refund? Am I obligated to do this?

No, a private sale of a used motorcycle is presumed to be "AS IS"
and without warranties and unless you fraudulently
misrepresented the condition of this machine to the buyer, you
should not be obligated to oblige him with a refund of his purchase
price under the facts described (in my opinion).
