Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
How long do I have to change my mind on a new car I have?
I traded in my old vehicle for a new one. It worked out to be an even trade so I did not have to finance anything. After driving the vehicle for 2 days I have noticed somethings that I do not like and would like to get my old vehicle back. In the state of Virginia is there a specified amount of time that I have to do that? Thank you.

No such thing as a cooling off period for vehicle sales in Va. You may be able to return it for another reason but not under the idea that there's a cooling off period.
