Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I made the contract for merchant processing with saleman, but company has different one.

Unless the contract specified that this particular salesman was to handle your
processing(whatever that may be), the company would likely be able to use
any of its other salespersons to handle the job (in my opinion).
