Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
In a magazine I got, Musicians Friend, there is a product description of some music production software. Above the description is a picture of the software's box, sitting right next to a brand new MacBook Pro. No where on the page does it mention a MacBook Pro and no where in the description does it say that the computer isnt included with the software. Can i successfully argue that since it is pictured with the product that it should be included in the price I pay for the software?
