Making a True Hollywood Story-eqsue show

I was thinking of making a show called True High School Story and I was wondering if E! could possibly sue me or something? I just want the title to be ''True High School Story'' that's it.

I would doubt that there would be deemed sufficient similarity between these two generic type titles that E! would feel compelled to litigate the matter.
