Manufacture review for car issues
how long should a consumer wait to hear from a service dept that was referred by the manufacturer to review my problems i have with the car. They said 2 to 3 days to check out the issues and its been two weeks and i have recieved one call asking me for a payment history for the the car within that same week i dropped my car off. I sent the info to the service dept a week ago. Basically im asking legally is what is the normal amount of time does a service dept have to not contact a person with information before I make a complaint.

I am not aware of any particular time frame which might apply to this situation.
