Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Several months ago I did a phone interview regarding a health issue. I did not hear from the lady after the phone interview. Recently I was watching a show talking about identity theft. I googled my name and all these sites came up showing my interview, giving my name, where I worked, what county I lived in and mammagram images of my breast. Do I have any Legal recourse?
