Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I moved in july and went to the electric company to get my deposit. They told me they don't give checks. They said they credited to my dec.2012 bill. I always paid my electric on time and was never disconnected in the tree yrs. I lived there. Please let me know what my legal rights are. I think i have been frauded.
