Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
We were sent a notice by our second mortage lien holder that they were transferring our account to another company. Nowhere on any of this notificaiton did it say anything about any kind of fees but after receiving our second statement from the new company we notice $1700 in fees. Can they legally do this?

They do stuff like this all the time. Dispute it in writing and see an attorney if you need help.
