Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
In order to have a copy to keep of important letters, I simply print an extra copy on my computer printer, so it is an unsigned copy, rather than a photocopy of the signed letter. If I need to produce evidence of correspondence, is an unsigned copy acceptable?

Acceptable, perhaps, but the better evidence would be the photocopy
of the signed letter (in my opinion).
