Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I ordered merchandise from a copy. I paid for it upfront. I received it. I then received a duplicat order. Do I have to send it back. Can they legally charge me again if I don't send it back

Yes, the company can legally charge you for the duplicate if you fail
to return it.
