if i paid 2500 dallors for a ten year old horse and then after a vet checks it i found out that the horse was 20 years old are their anything i can do about it

Yes, sue the seller for fraud and misrepresentation if he or she led you to
believe that this horse was really twice as old as it was made out to be
during the seller's pitch to unload it on you.

Yes, a 10 year age differential for a horse would be a material misrepresention. You might even have a claim for punitive damages and attorney fees. Good luck.
