Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I am paying a match making company to find me a mate, they wer esuppose to every 2weeks. I havent heard from them in well over 4months, I have made several attempts to contact them which have gone ignored, the bbb has also contacted them 2x w/no response. So they have breached their contract. I have over 30 emails that show they havent delivered the services promised, and of course the bbb action was an attempt to resolve the situation. What happens if I stop paying? will that affect my credit? The company is based in CA I am in VA

Why would you continue paying under a conract which apparently has already
been breached and for services which you are not receiving?
