payment for something not requested
i requested 250 gals of oil for home heating. they mistakenly pumped in 400 gal. i pd for the 250 gal on time. am i required to pay for the remaining 150 gal? they seem to think so and are threatening me.

In general, it is not equitable to not pay for something you derived a benefit from. The question then is did you derive a benefit from the extra heating oil? Also can the oil company pump the 200 extra gallons out?
