Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia

Portsmouth, Va law on Auto Sales to consumer

What does VA law state that an Auto sale company declosure of a used vehicle to a consumer must be and does this disclosure have to be visiably displayed?

What is the legal recourse I have against an Auto Sales place that sold me a vehicle that I have had for less than 30 days and refuses to do any repairs to fix the vehicle unless I pay him 100 for each item that need to be fixed?

Please help

Re: Portsmouth, Va law on Auto Sales to consumer

If you purchased the vehicle with the notice prominently displayed on the vehicle "As Is", then you have no warranty protection whatsoever nor any basis for legal recourse against the dealer.

If the transaction was with a limited warranty, then your protection is limited to whatever terms are outlined in that warranty.
