Problems with Builder of our Deck
We had a deck built last year that failed inspection. Now we can not seem to get the builder to fix the problems. We have a contract and now we may have to tear the deck down.

Re: Problems with Builder of our Deck
Send written notice to the builder that he must fix the deck by a date certain. Then, if he fails to comply, you could sue him for up to $5K in your local small claims court.
