Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
property
My boyfriend is buying property from his dad he signed a contract saying he owed him $6,000 and his mom $6,000 his dad left his mom and my boyfriend has been supporting her for 6 years his dad moved on to his property and is using his pasture doesn't pay any rent my boyfriend pays the utilities would he have to pay his dad the full amount he owes and how can he get him off of his property.
