Publice Transportation Gone Mad

I had a bus driver use obscene language toward me on his bus, I felt as is if he belittled and blatantly disrespected me in front of a bus full of people and he tried--name removed--literally drive off while I was standing in the stairwell of his bus. Can he do this?

If you mean can he(the bus driver)do what you've described without suffering any adverse consequences from his employer? That likely will depend largely upon you and how diligently you are in reporting exactly what transpired to the person at the transportation agency responsible for receiving such reports and then doing the necessary followup to see what the agency has done about it-----if anything.
