Purchase a vehicle of a internet website. Vehicle was said to be in perfect running condition. After i got the vehicle home the next day it had a problem. Vehicle was taken to a local dealer for repair where they said vehicle was fixed temp. to run as to the motor was blown. Vehicle was purchase from a private owner in the state of virgina. Since seller has refuse to respond to about said issue. Do i have a case
