Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I purchased a car 11/16. Today 12/6 then dealer called me saying that they needed to remove ther service & gap protection from the contract and wants me to sign a 2nd contract. Since I'va already signed a contract, am I obligated to sign a 2nd contract? Can I legally keep the car & the use the 1st contract I signed ? Chesapeake VA
