purchased a car from a wholesaler later found out that car that I purchased is a stolen car. what are my rights?

You may have an action against the wholesaler if you can prove that
you were defrauded or the victim of misrepresentation in the
transaction. You will, however, have to return the car to its
rightful owner.

I would say that you can file a lawsuit to have the transaction reversed. The strongest argument I think would fall under the doctrine of "mutual mistake."
That is both you and the wholesaler thought they were selling and you were buying a legitimate, normal automobile.
They didn't sell and you didn't buy what you THOUGHT you were buying and selling.
This would allow the transaction to be cancelled.
