Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I purchased a car yesterday that had 18 miles on it. Before I got home the check engine light was on and stayed on. The mileage is at 110. Can I cancel the sale and return the car?

Most unlikely (in my opinion) since quite often car engine lights come on for
a variety of minor reasons which do not mean that there is anything
seriously wrong with the vehicle.
