Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I Purchased a 2015 nissan sentra on March 9 2015 and drove the car home. Went back picked up tags and registration. Now over 30 days later they say they couldnt get my co signer approved so we need to start the loan over, since then I have started a new job in another state and they said I have to bring the car back possibly because I am not at the same job anymore. Do i have any legal rights to keep the car in state of virginia.

the written purchase agreement involved with this vehicle as well as any relevant facts which might also be of importance in evaluating your particular situation (such as what the salesman or his manager may have told you--or not-- at the time of your original purchase).
