Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia

I purchased a piece of furniture yesterday. The company never told me it was final sale or that I purchased it during a liquidation sale. There were no signs indicating it was a liquidation sale. I just noticed on the bottom of my receipt that there is a final sale stamp. I checked the price with another competitor and I was charged over $800 above the listing price. I tried to discuss this with the company I purchased from. They refused to budge on the price or cancel my order. I have not received the item. Do I have any legal recourse?

No, none that is likely to avail you of any productive remedy (in my opinion).

Needless to say, your comparison shopping exercise would have been better advised before rather than after your purchase of this piece of furniture.
