Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I purchased a 4-wheeler 4 my son less than 90-days ago.it has not worked since day 1 without a problem.i have asked for a full refund or a new 4-wheeler.the business refuses 2 even look at the 4-wheeler without asking for money.the switch went out the first month.he kept it for 4 weeks.i had 2 call 2 find out if it was fixed.i have it back & now the charger does not work..battery is not staying charge.i called & he refuses to help me.he in fact slammed the phone down on me.

You could sue this business in small claims court for the cost of the 4 wheeler (up to $5K).
