Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I purchased a 5 year old car, it was represented as excellent condition and no accidents. It had a clean AutoCheck/CarFax. I've had it for 1 week and 1 day. The radiator fans shattered, I took it to a shop and they say that there is evident collision repair. What recourse do I have?

Assuming no warranty and an "AS IS" sale, you may still have recourse against the seller if s/he deliberately defrauded you or misrepresented the condition of this vehicle in response to your specific questions concerning this issue.
