Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
My question: Is an auto finance company required to give us a copy of loan contract. We did not get copy when vehicle was purchased.
Answer (Michael E. Hendrickson): So, tell em' you want a copy.
Well, we did ask them, they said they would "not" send us one.
Is this right for them to do that?
