Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Question about a car
It recently came to my attention
that my car may have been in an
accident. It was sold to me used
from a dealer in Virginia under there
''Certified'' guarantee, but it was
never stated to me that may have
been in an accident. I bought it 4
years ago and unfortunatly did not
get a carfax report before buying. Is
there anything i can do if the vehice
did turn out to be in an accident?

Re: Question about a car
Why not first find out whether the car was in an accident by ordering a carfax report now? If it was in an accident and not disclosed to you at the time of the sale, then the question becomes did this violate the "certified guarantee", whatever that term may may have meant with respect to this particular vehicle?
